Long card of 10 races is framed for Sunday pune races. Pune card looks to be bit tricky. Shroff trained Psychic star is fancied for The R.W.I.T.C Ltd the feature event of the day. My other choices are as follows.
1 race:1.Warlock
More than half a dozen of 3y & 4y younger horses but none of them are in form as such tough to pick a winner here. However I personally prefer Warlock to clear it's maiden rank in its third attempt.
2 race:6.Ataash
Class 1 race over sprint, Many horses in the field are speedy as such tough to pick up the winner here. As per the time clocked in its last run, and on consistenancy Ataash is preferred as it has a chance to repeat
3 race:10.Encino
3y old young and well bred Encino is preferred here basing on its previous performance.
4 race: 5.Appalachian
Class 4 race, more than half a dozen 3y young horses are in the field of which I prefer Appalachian(ex-Merkavah) whose last run can be ignored and fancied this time.
5 race:6.Rosario,1.Giacomo, 5.Miracle of Hanukha, 3.Tyrranus
Very tough race of the day, 1,2,3,4,5,6 all have chance here. But expecting the prime fight between the two named above. Both were met with each other. 3 & 5 may fight for minor placings. Miracle of Hanukha is sure for place
6 race:4.Menorca
2y old juveniles on blood lines Menorca( half sister to Serrano & full sister to Merket) looks better in the field
7 race:3.Psychic star
The feature event of the day, all most all the horses are able to stay the trip, tough to pick , yet I personally prefer Psychic star in this event.(Trainer shroff has 3 mounts here. Watch the betting trend). 10f trip, Bottom weighted Thalasa bears watching.
8 race:2. Yuletide
Class b race, consistent performer Yuletide looks to have good chance to win here as others are poor perfomers.
9 race:8.Eastern monarch, 9.Empower, 12.Star impact, 4. Escape velocity,
8,9,12,4 must be the front liners of which I prefer Eastern monarch to win here. Empower is sure for place. 3y old young Foujita bears watching
10 race:5.Between friends, 8.Untitled
Class b race, yet race between the above two named former having the edge to win here.
